Our Projects
We work with a portfolio of carefully selected carbon removal and avoidance projects across the world. All our projects must meet our strict Eligibility Criteria. Unlike other providers, we fully disclose our Eligibility Criteria below for full transparency - so you know exactly what you're getting.
Our Eligibility Criteria
Independent validation
Oxford Principles
United Nations SDGs
Diversification
All projects must meet one of the following major validation standards: the Gold Standard, the Verified Carbon Standard or the UN Clean Development Mechanism. This must include meeting all core criteria around additionality and permanence.
Our portfolio is designed to fully align with the University of Oxford's updated Principles for Net Zero Aligned Carbon Offsetting. No other provider in the UK has aligned their entire portfolio to these industry-leading principles.
Projects are only selected if they provide significant co-benefits in addition to reducing emissions. They must contribute to at least 3 of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, which may include a combination of social, economic or environmental goals.
Our portfolio must always include different project types, vintages, and multiple countries to reduce risk and strengthen integrity. This ensures that if one of our projects underperforms, there will always be credits in reserve in another project to make up for it.
Examples of Our Projects
Wind Power in Karnakata, India
Certification: United Nations CDM
Total project reductions: 148,858 tCO2e per year
UN SDGs supported: 7, 8, 9, 13 and 15.
Location: India
Project type: Renewable energy (carbon avoidance)
Registry number: 1259

This project is a 68 MW wind farm in India, generating renewable electricity. It replaces fossil fuel-based power, helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote air quality in the local area. The project supplies electricity under long-term agreements, delivering more reliable power to a historically low income region.
Biomass Generation in Sheyang County, China
Certification: United Nations CDM
Total project reductions: 136,170 tCO2e per year
UN SDGs supported: 1, 7, 8, and 13.
Location: China
Project type: Renewable energy (carbon avoidance)
Registry number: 1366
This project is a 30 MW biomass power plant in Jiangsu, China, generating electricity using agricultural waste like straw and wood residues. It reduces emissions by replacing coal power and preventing methane from biomass decay. The project benefits local communities by creating over 120 jobs, providing stable income for local farmers.
Planting Biodiverse Forests, Panama
Certification: Gold Standard
Total project reductions: 5,000 tCO2e per year
UN SDGs supported: 1, 8, 12, 13 and 15.
Location: Panama
Project type: Reforestation (carbon removal)
Registry number: 1796
This project restores degraded land in Panama, planting 7.5m native trees including teak and cacao. This reforestation removes carbon, protects biodiversity, and provides habitats for 15 species from the endangered Red List. The project also supports local communities by creating jobs offering fair wages and promoting sustainable farming practices.
